SD Betriebsung GmbH is started at Blue Sun Operation & Maintenance GmbH – gradually integration into the Blue Sun Group
SD Betriebsführung GmbH has been operating as a Blue Sun Operation & Maintenance GmbH, based in Wörth an der Donau, since June 28, 2025. The renaming serves the structured integration into the Blue Sun Energy Service Group.
In a jointly coordinated transition process, the new society should be gradually integrated into the structures of the Blue Sun Group within the next four months. This integration takes place in close coordination with the previous partner and the managing directors in order to ensure an orderly and reliable continuation of all customer relationships. The final takeover of the company shares and the management by Benjamin Statnik is planned for 01.11.2025.
With the rebuilding, well -known residues, especially in the area of payments and technical maintenance, are specifically processed. The ongoing operation is stabilized and systematically adapted to the processes of the Blue Sun Group. The focus is on transparent communication and the rapid correction of open topics.
Benjamin Statnik explains:
“We want to give all customers and partners security in this transition phase. Our goal is to bring technical management back to a solid and professional level – with clear responsibility, permanent contacts and reliable processes.”
Blue Sun Operation & Maintenance GmbH will, together with the Blue Sun Energy Service GmbH, based in Straßkirchen, in the future part of a nationwide company family in the area of technical management, maintenance and service of photovoltaic systems. The group of companies currently looks after an installed output of several hundred MWP and has a Germany -wide service network.
