Leading solar technology company Maxeon Solar Technologies (Maxeon) announced that it will unveil its latest solar panel products and new energy solutions, and officially launch a new, revolutionary partnership with the electric vehicle charging software company possibly energy during Intersolar Europe 2023 from 14.-16. June.

The company will be showcasing its latest flagship Maxeon Series solar panels with leading energy density, increased energy yield, superior shade tolerance and a solid 40-year power and product warranty. The company will also showcase its latest generation of Performance Series panels, based on the highly efficient TOPCon cell technology, offering improved aesthetics, increased mono- or bifacial power generation and a lower temperature coefficient for improved power density.

Maxeon will also announce its membership of the European Solar PV Industry Alliance (ESIA) with the aim of promoting the development of a mature domestic solar PV industry in the EU. The company is currently active in three specialized areas working groups of the ESIA: Non-Pricing Conditions, Supply Chain and Financing in order to strategically and systematically implement its plans and missions.

Solar application and charging of electric vehicles

The partnership with ev.energy is an important step for the company in integrating the advantages of solar energy into the era of electric vehicles (EVs) while increasing the competitiveness of the other companies.

Specifically, it is another addition to Maxeon’s open and flexible SunPower One line of products and services, which also includes SunPower Reserve, the company’s home energy storage system, Insights service, and SunPower One residential energy management solutions, providing customers with the Keep control of your energy consumption and save money.

As an exclusive benefit to SunPower One, customers who purchase SunPower Drive, Maxeon’s e-mobility solution, gain access to ev.energy mobility and home energy management services and benefit from a range of smart use cases including solar excess charging, smart tariff charging, etc. Smart scheduling, that helps to achieve savings and get the most out of solar energy.
